That’s why I created The World of Mathematics: to explore the beauty and depth of this incredible subject.

In this blog, I’ll take you on an exciting journey through the world of mathematical constants and concepts. You may already know about some famous constants, like π (pi), the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter, or e, the base of natural logarithms that pops up everywhere in growth and decay problems. But did you know there are many more constants, each with its own unique story and applications? Here, we’ll dive into these fascinating numbers, from the golden ratio φ that shapes art and nature to the lesser-known Feigenbaum constants that reveal secrets about chaos theory.
